What's new in ParcelPort

Everything we ship that you'd notice, newest first. Plumbing and refactors stay out; features, visible changes and fixes go in.

  1. Latest

Products becomes a workbench, and price charts get history

Products was rebuilt around how each drop went for you (and for everyone else), market prices for sealed TCG product now come from TCGplayer, and ParcelPort is open for sign-ups.

    • New

Products is a two-pane workbench: a compact product list on the left (search, outcome filter, retailer chips, month groups, arrow keys to move) and an always-open dossier on the right. On phones the dossier opens as a drawer.

    • New

Each product leads with your stick rate beside the community stick rate for the same product (how many people hit it, and how you compare), then Secured, Spend and Orders, the unit flow from processing to delivered, and every order newest first.

    • Improved

The Products hero shows Invested and your overall stick rate with a per-retailer breakdown; click a retailer to filter the list. Sales and market-worth figures left this page and stay on Home and Inventory.

    • Improved

Market price charts are real charts now: months of daily points where the source has history, laid out by date with a date axis, and the price shows where it came from and how old it is.

    • New

Sealed Pokémon, One Piece, Lorcana, Magic and Yu-Gi-Oh product is priced from TCGplayer market prices in USD, refreshed nightly. Most sealed Pokémon previously had only euro CardMarket data or no price at all.

    • Improved

Drop Analysis lists products newest first and shows a Last order column.

    • New

New accounts get a getting-started checklist on Today (connect a mailbox or add your forwarding address, run the first scan, verify your email, link Discord) until orders appear, or until you hide it.

    • Improved

Settings was rebuilt: Connections first (Email, Notifications, Integrations), then Workspace, then You with Profile, Plan and Linked accounts. The section you're on stays in the URL.

    • New

Anyone can sign up now, with Discord or email and password, and gets a 14-day trial. Billing has its own place in the sidebar.

  2. Forward receipts instead of connecting a mailbox

A private forwarding address picks up orders the second the email lands, and the regular mailbox scans got faster in the meantime.

    • New

Settings → Email now gives you a personal @in.parcelport.app address. Add it as a forwarding address in Gmail, Outlook, iCloud or Yahoo and forwarded receipts show up as orders within seconds, no password or IMAP access needed.

    • New

Gmail users can download a ready-made filter that forwards only emails from supported stores. Gmail's confirmation code appears in the card automatically, and we confirm the link for you when we can.

    • Improved

Only supported store senders are accepted at the forwarding address. One-time codes, password resets and bank mail are dropped on arrival and never stored, but set up a filter rather than forwarding your whole inbox.

    • Improved

Connected mailboxes are now scanned every 5 minutes instead of 10, and large scans finish noticeably faster, so new orders and tracking updates land sooner either way.

    • Fixed

Apple pickup orders are no longer marked canceled because of the refund wording in Apple's footer. They move through Pickup waiting → Ready for pickup → Picked up, with the store shown on the order.

    • Improved

Discord notifications show the retailer's logo for Apple, Amazon, GameStop, eBay and about 40 other stores, and pickup orders read "Ready for pickup" / "Picked up" with the store address.

  3. ParcelPort fits your phone

Every page was re-laid out for small screens: nothing gets clipped, everything is tappable, and the important stuff is above the fold.

    • Fixed

Shipments, Orders, Expenses, Drop Analysis and the Address Book now show real cards on phones instead of squeezed tables, so names, ETAs and the Receive button are never cut off.

    • Fixed

Drawers and dialogs no longer disappear behind the bottom tab bar, and popups open as bottom sheets you can reach with one thumb.

    • Improved

Tap an order card to open it. Check a few orders or shipments and a sticky bar appears with Rescan, Receive, Delete and Clear.

    • Improved

Toolbars fit on one row: secondary actions live under a ⋯ menu, summary cards are two-up, and duplicate page titles are gone on mobile.

    • New

Pull down on any page to refresh, and find 'Install app' in the More menu until ParcelPort is on your home screen.

    • Improved

Buttons, chips and pagination are at least 36px on touch screens, and the Email accounts section got the current look.

  4. Document the boxes you rip

Opened a sealed product and got nothing back? Log it in two clicks and let the Tax Report do the accounting.

    • New

"Opened / ripped" is a new reason in the inventory Adjust action. Pick it, enter how many you opened, add a note about what you pulled, and the units come off On Hand at cost.

    • New

A "Kept for personal collection" checkbox on ripped, damaged and lost adjustments. Tick it when the cards went into your own binder: inventory still drops, but it is kept out of your deductions.

    • New

Inventory → ⋯ → "Ripped & written off" lists every box you ripped (and anything damaged or lost) with its cost, by year, with personal-collection pulls totalled separately.

    • Improved

The Tax Report now counts ripped, damaged and lost stock as cost of goods sold, shows the split under Line 4, lists personal-use withdrawals as not deducted, and adds a write_offs CSV to the year package.

  5. Download order emails, record purchases from Inventory, a new Home page, and community drop stats

The biggest week since launch: features people have asked for, plus a Home page that finally earns the front spot.

    • Improved

The sidebar is grouped by job: Operate (Today, Orders, Shipments, Inventory), Money (Sales, Expenses, Reimbursements, Tax Report) and Insights (Products, Drop Analysis). Groups collapse, and the app remembers which ones you closed.

    • Improved

Email accounts and the Address Book moved into Settings as their own tabs. Old links still work, and the warning dot for a mailbox that needs re-authenticating now shows on Settings.

    • Improved

Feedback and Address Book got a redesign to match the rest of the app. The Address Book is now Contacts and Channels only; the bank-details fields are gone.

    • Improved

The Products stock chips (All / Active) now count only what's in the current retailer and search filter. The Sold out chip is gone; it was just "everything not Active".

    • Improved

Walmart Health was removed from the menu. Account warnings still surface in the admin health view.

    • New

Download the original retailer email for any order from the order drawer, as the raw .eml or a printable PDF. When several emails match (confirmation, shipped, delivered) you get one PDF with all of them, or a zip of .eml files.

    • New

Record a purchase from the inventory drawer. Bought stock from a card shop, eBay or anywhere without an email? Enter the retailer, quantity and price and it creates the order in Orders (editable there) and adds the units to On Hand or Incoming in one step.

    • Fixed

Incoming you added by hand no longer disappears when a tracking update or delivered email comes in. Hand-added units now survive the recount, and receiving from the drawer sticks.

    • Improved

The Inventory "Active" tab is now "All stock": it always showed everything on hand or incoming, and the old name made it look like a status.

    • New

Home is redesigned around what matters: profit, cash flow, inventory value and open exposure up top, a 30-day trend with this week against last, then today's activity, your latest drop, inventory movers and a year-to-date strip.

    • New

Community drop stats: anonymized stick rates across everyone on ParcelPort who hit the same drop, shown on Drop Analysis and on share cards. Numbers appear the same day. You can opt out in Settings.

    • New

      Fanatics has a retailer logo.

    • Fixed

Fanatics ship-to addresses no longer include the rest of the email. Existing orders were cleaned up too.

  6. Tax report and inventory market value

    • New

Tax Report: a Schedule C-shaped view of any year with revenue, cost of goods, fees and expenses by quarter and month, plus a CSV package you can hand to an accountant.

    • New

Estimated market value and unrealized profit for what you have on hand, on Home and Products, using eBay solds and TCG pricing.

    • Improved

Home uses your local day, leaves cancelled orders out of spend, groups a drop's orders into one line, and shows non-USD orders in USD.

    • Improved

Retailer emails forwarded from another mailbox are picked up now, so forwarding Topps confirmations from an Outlook or Hotmail account works.

  7. Faster Sales and Inventory

    • Improved

Sales and Inventory load several times faster. The slow spots were in how we counted and summed things on the server; the pages now ask for less and get it quicker.

  8. Sales ledger cleanup and eBay sends from the extension

    • New

The browser extension can send eBay Seller Hub orders to ParcelPort as sales, the same way it does for DealerNet.

    • Improved

The sales ledger is one line per sale: Cost → Sold in one cell, profit with an ROI pill, and per-unit numbers. We standardized on ROI and removed the Preview P&L button.

    • Improved

Sales updates live when an import lands, no refresh needed.

    • Improved

Marketplace Review no longer names the marketplace in its copy.

    • Fixed

Topps JP confirmations were showing as shipped the moment you ordered.

  9. Search operators and better exports

    • New

Search on Orders and Products understands quotes and exclusions: "Hobby Box" matches the exact phrase, -case hides anything containing "case".

    • Improved

Order exports include the real ship-to address, item quantities, and the mailbox the order came from.

    • Fixed

A dropped database connection during a long mailbox scan no longer disables the mailbox.

  10. Orders filters rebuilt

    • Improved

The Orders filter panel is rebuilt: retailer chips with logos, one row of status chips, and a simpler date picker. The settings and order modals moved to the same shared design.

    • Fixed

Pokemon Center orders now show the right items, quantities and order date.

  11. Quieter shipping notifications

    • New

Choose how chatty shipment notifications are: every event, only shipped/delivered/exceptions, or just the milestones.

    • Improved

Settings is regrouped into General, Orders, Shipments, Notifications, Integrations and Account.

  12. Shipments by calendar week, Shopify fixes

    • Improved

Shipments' "This week" is now the calendar week (Monday to Sunday), and there's a "Next week" bucket.

    • Improved

Shopify stores with wrapped titles and nested item rows parse correctly, with product images.

    • Improved

DealerNet review only flags real duplicate candidates, so fewer sales need a second look.

  13. Add Order and Scan Orders redesigned, Expenses for everyone

    • Improved

Add Order and Scan Orders are redesigned: searchable retailer pickers with logos, date presets, and a scan summary when it finishes.

    • New

Expenses is on for every account. Spend shows category breakdown and monthly trend in one card; click a category to filter. Merchant rules recategorize existing expenses when you change them.

    • Improved

Slash connection lives under Settings → Integrations, and the browser extension can be downloaded from Settings with an install guide.

    • Improved

Export CSV on Orders exports exactly what you have filtered, and includes the email.

  14. Products ledger cards and market gain in Inventory

    • Improved

Products shows ledger-style cards with orders, quantity, spend and a status breakdown per product.

    • New

Inventory rows show market dollar gain and 30-day change where we have pricing.

    • New

Scotty Cameron Studio Store orders are tracked.

    • Fixed

Ticketmaster orders were being cancelled by venue refund-policy text.

  15. New retailers and international forwarding

    • New

New retailers: Costco, Panini Direct (digital) and Panini America (physical), US Mint, and Cactus Jack. Topps EU parses European amounts.

    • New

International forwarding: two-leg tracking for orders that go through a reshipper, with an "at reshipper" quick filter on Shipments.

    • New

Two opt-in settings: "Only track known retailers" (on by default) and "Auto-receive delivered shipments" (off by default).

    • Improved

Sealed Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh and other TCG product is priced from TCGPlayer.

    • Fixed

Shipments only count as stale after a carrier scan, not from the label being created.

  16. The new look

A full visual overhaul across the app.

    • New

Today page: a worklist of what needs you (with one-click receive), a day timeline, this week's money, and movers.

    • Improved

Icon rail navigation, a global pulse bar, a shared detail drawer, and compact/light appearance toggles in Settings and the command palette.

    • Improved

Orders, Sales, Inventory, Shipments and Products all moved to the new layout. Shipments' eight scoreboard cards became three action tiles and filter chips.

    • New

CSV import for inventory and orders; archive sold-out SKUs you won't restock.
